Reishi (Ganoderma Tsugae) Tincture

Reishi is one of the ultimate workhorses in holistic medicine.  It’s largely used for its immunomodulative properties especially in cases of someone’s inability to recover from illness, and in cases of adrenal dysfunction. Reishi is high in antioxidants, and if cut in pieces and left in the sun, it can become a very potent form of vitamin D. This species of reishi is native to North America, though there are many species found throughout the world.. In this tincture, the mushroom Reishi (Ganoderma tsugae) is extracted in *Everclear and water.

• This tincture is to be taken orally and may be taken plain under the tongue, or mixed into water, juice, or milk.
• Typically it is best to use only one or two drops of the tincture when taking for the first time, only increasing the dosage as needed or directed.

Contraindications…

• Do not use before surgery due to its vasodilating and blood thinning effects.
• May cause heavy bleeding during menstruation.
