Stinging Nettle (Urtica dioica) Tincture

Stinging nettle is native to Europe, Asia, and Western North America, and is used for its diuretic, astringent, anti-allergenic, tonic, and anti-inflammatory properties; stinging nettles are also well known for being high in many vitamins and minerals.  In this tincture, the dried herb stinging nettle (Urtica dioica) is extracted in vodka.
