Wellness Berry Blend (Elderberry (Sambucus canadensis), Rosehip (Rosa multiflora), and Schizandra Berry (Schisandra chinensis)) Tincture

Wellness Berry Blend tincture contains elderberries, rosehip, and schizandra berries.  This blend of herbal berries are adaptogenic, antiviral, immunomodulating, and anti-inflammatory, and each herbal berry is high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, or generally nutrient dense.  While each herbal berry has unique actions and bodily systems they support, the tincture overall is a workhouse meant to boost immunity, and support the body in general wellness, as well as assist the body during times of illness.  In this tincture, the berries, schizandra and elderberry, as well as and rosehip (Sambucus canadensis, Schisandra chinensis and Rosa multiflora) are extracted in vodka.

Dosage

• This tincture is to be taken orally and may be taken plain under the tongue, or mixed into water, juice, or milk.
• Typically it is best to use only one or two drops of the tincture when taking for the first time, only increasing the dosage as needed or directed.

Contraindications…

• Not safe for pregnancy or breastfeeding as schizandra berries are contraindicated. Schizandra berries can induce labor at any stage of pregnancy.
